Since starting his real estate career in 2006, J.R. has represented both landlords and tenants in negotiating leases, identifying sites, and implementing strategies for retailers and landlords to maximize exposure and increase revenue. J.R. has worked for a variety of landlords such as Shea Properties, United Properties, Qwest Corporate, Confluent Development, and AmCap Properties in the Colorado market.
