at Legend Parners Salt Lake City office. Pulsipher specializes in tenant/buyer
representation and buyer/seller representation across Utah County, Salt Lake
County, Summit County, Davis County and Weber County. Pulsipher has over
four years of experience in real estate, and joined Legend Partners in 2024.
Pulsipher's passion for innovative marketing and consumer experience sets him
apart in the industry by driving a memorable experience from listing to closing.
His dynamic skill set includes fluent Spanish speaking/writing capabilities. He
is well versed in sales, analytics, metrics, and marketing. His exceptional
interpersonal skills and business ethics allow him to earn the trust and
confidence of his clients and colleagues. Pulsipher has gained the confidence of
numerous clients through successful lease and sale transactions involving
various property types. Pulsipher is currently pursuing his Bachelors Degree in
Business Management at Woodbury School of Business of Utah Valley
University.
