Carson has worked with a variety of clients ranging from local mom-and-pop shops to seasoned developers with a regional and national scope. His attention to client needs is held in the highest priority and he prides himself in being available to his clients 24/7. He will always get back to a missed phone call or text within 10 minutes, any time of day.
Prior to joining Legend Partners in 2021, Carson’s background comes from fix-and-flips in the Greater Salt Lake area. After years of flipping and learning the ins and outs of value-add, he felt it was time for him to make the transition to brokerage. He is proud to be a first-generation real estate professional and has absolutely fallen in love with the commercial real estate world.
Carson believes in creating opportunities, executing on an opportunity with care, and acting in a constant state of intentionality. Carson also firmly believes in the power of relationships and takes time to cultivate the right relationships with those who can open doors and benefit his client's needs.
In his free time, Carson loves to travel and is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and rock climbing. He values spending time with those he loves and is often found in the company of family and close friends.
