Chloe Cypers holds the title Retail Specialist @ LP Chloe is a broker at the Legend Partners Salt Lake City office. She comes from a family who has been involved in commercial real estate for three generations. They own multiple single-tenant retail properties across the mountain west. Chloe specializes in retail leasing and is very passionate about helping local businesses open storefronts. She loves to visit new restaurants in the community and believes that being a woman in CRE is one of her greatest assets. She attended Utah State University and received a bachelor's degree in business management. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time with her cat, Eddie.
