Throughout Kelly’s many years of experience in retail leasing he has represented numerous premier retail projects and tenants in the Denver area.. His expertise in leasing urban specialty projects and restaurants has led him to negotiate over 315 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent operators including 801 Steak and 801 Fish, Matsuhisa, Thirsty Lion, Jax Fish House, La Loma, The Mercantile, Cholon, Guard & Grace, Quality Italian, Jing, Le French, Kawa Ni, Hapa Sushii, Sierra Grill and Jinya Ramen. He has represented major properties including the Landmark, Larimer Square, Belleview Station, Steele Creek, Street Car Stables, Sugar Cube, The Halycon, The Coloradan, 250 Columbine, the Ice House, and Platte 15, and Riverview to name a few. He has a clear understanding of the different dynamics of mixed use, urban retail. In the industry, he is well known for his integrity, objectivity and the ability to listen to and truly absorb the client’s goals and business model. Kelly brings relationships with virtually every local player in retail development and leasing on a first name basis and has a finger on the pulse of urban and specialty retail real estate. In Colorado. He has written numerous industry articles and spoken at several conferences. He is well respected by clients and colleagues.
