Nate Hansen holds the title Vice President @ LP Nate Hansen joined Legend Partners as an associate broker in August 2018. Prior to joining, Nate spent 5 years working for Colliers International in Minneapolis. While there, Nate specialized in tenant representation and the acquisition of land assets. His expertise extends to all types of retail property, from neighborhood strip centers to regional shopping centers, as well as all land uses. In his role at Legend Partners, Nate’s primary focus is on-site selection for regional and national tenants.
Nate's entrepreneurial spirit and creativity allow him to identify sites that others may have overlooked, while an unrelenting persistency allows him to close on these sites. Nate's business is built on the cornerstones of integrity, positive client relations, and a high quality that shows in every one of his client transactions.
