Julie Burch holds the title Development Associate @ LP Julie Burch has transplanted to Colorado in 2005 from Houston, TX. She joined Legend Partners in December 2016 and her primary role within the development team is to help facilitate construction and the leasing of properties.
Prior to joining the Legend Partners' team, Julie worked at Shea Properties for 11 years as a Real Estate Manager responsible for anything necessary to ensure class A standards were maintained, properties leased, capital and tenant improvement projects managed efficiently, and her portfolio operated within budget.
Julie is a licensed broker and achieved her CPM from IREM in 2016. She is an active member of the IREM organization and has participated on the Golf Committee and Community Outreach Committee. She strives to be involved with any good cause and be an example to her children that one person can make a difference.
When not in the office Julie loves to be outdoors enjoying any activity from leisure time at a park or pool, to boating, camping, skiing and even skydiving on a few occasions.
