Porter Anderson holds the title Financial Analyst @ LP Porter Anderson is a 4th generation real estate professional and has been helping manage his family portfolio from a young age. Porter joined Legend Partners in May of 2022 with his primary role within the development team. Porter assists in analyzing and modeling potential sites, manages investor relations, and assists the brokers in the office with underwriting. Prior to joining the Legend Partners' team, Porter used his real estate finance expertise working for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for 2 years. He managed transactions of meetinghouses, humanitarian, and educational sites across the US and Canada. Porter is a licensed broker and received his MRED (master’s in real estate development) from the University of Utah. When not working in real estate Porter is a gamer, a diehard soccer fan, and loves spending time with his family.
