Blake Larson holds the title Vice President @ LP Blake Larson has leased over one million square feet to anchor and non-anchor retail tenants and has represented the leasing interests of over 7.2 million square feet of retail shopping centers in his career. He is one of the only brokers in the state exclusively focused on suburban retail shopping centers and only represents select tenants. This narrow focus has allowed him to earn CoStar Power Broker of the year awards for his leasing efforts in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Prior to joining Legend Partners as an associate broker in June 2013, Blake spent over three years working for Regency Centers. While there, Blake managed a portfolio of grocery-anchored centers in Denver and Phoenix and was promoted to leasing representative for their Colorado Springs and Arizona properties. His leasing portfolio led the company in both occupancy gains and NOI growth during his ﬁnal year with the company.
