Blake Larson has leased over 850,000 sf to anchor and non-anchor retail tenants and has represented the leasing interests of over 6 million square feet of retail shopping centers in his career. He is one of the only brokers in the state exclusively focused on suburban retail shopping centers and does not represent Tenants or work in the ofﬁce or industrial ﬁelds. This narrow focus has allowed him to earn CoStar Power Broker of the year awards for his leasing efforts in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018.
Prior to joining Legend Partners as an associate broker in June 2013, Blake spent over three years working for Regency Centers. While there, Blake managed a portfolio of grocery anchored centers in Denver and Phoenix and was promoted to leasing representative for their Colorado Springs and Arizona properties. His leasing portfolio led the company in both occupancy gains and NOI growth during his ﬁnal year with the company.
