John G. Taylor holds the title Land & Investment Specialist @ LP John G. Taylor joined Legend Partners in December of 2018. He was previously with Newmark Grubb Acres for three years as an investment/land specialist and 10 years previously to that at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce. He coordinated Commerce’s service lines and offices in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Washington with “Distressed and Troubled Assets”, “Managed Accounts”, and new services. Prior to joining Commerce, John was with CBRE and specialized in investment sales. Previously, John was the owner of Appraisal Link, Inc. He has 25 years of consulting and valuation experience assisting local and national private and institutional clients and lenders of all types.
John has been active in the Intermountain West commercial real estate market for nearly 30 years and has gained a broad knowledge of a variety of property types. This experience has benefited clients in maximizing value and achieving real estate objectives. His leadership skills have given him the privilege to serve on several national boards and committees. John has served on the Appraisal Institute Leadership Development Committee, Symposium Committee for the Utah NAIOP Chapter, was a board member with the Utah Chapter of ACG, and was a mediator for commercial real estate issues for the Utah Court Roster.
