Throughout Kelly’s many years of experience in retail leasing, he has represented
premier retail project listings and tenants in the Denver Metropolitan area. His
expertise in leasing restaurant and urban specialty has lead him to negotiate over 185 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent chains and operators, including: Nobu/Matsuhisa, Big Red F (Jax Fish House, Lola, et al), Thirsty Lion, Udi Baron Group, Hapa Sushi, LaLoma, Tamayo, Ambli, Osteria Marco, Jing, Cholon, Hacienda Colorado, TAG, Grace & Guard, The Mercantile and Highland Tap & Beer to name a few.

In addition, he has represented and leased 38 mixed use projects in the Denver
market. He has a clear understanding of the different dynamics of a mixed use, urban location. In the industry, he is well known for his integrity and the ability to listen to and truly understand the client’s goals and business model. Joining Legend Partners as President of Urban Legend, Kelly brings relationships with virtually every local player in retail development and leasing on a first name basis and literally has a finger on the pulse of urban and specialty retail real estate in Colorado.
