His expertise in leasing restaurant and urban specialty has lead him to negotiate over 300 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent chains and operators, including: Matsuhisa, Jax Fish House, Thirsty Lion, Quality Italian Steakhouse, Hapa Sushi, 801 Fish, Stout Street Social, Jing, Cholon, La Loma, Grace & Guard, The Mercantile, and AMBLI.
In addition, he has represented and leased 65 mixed use projects in the Denver market. He has a clear understanding of the different dynamics of a mixed use, urban location.
