His expertise in leasing urban specialty projects and restaurants has led him to negotiate over 326 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent operators including Barcelona Wine Bar, Quality Italian, Jinya Ramen, La Loma, Guard & Grace, Matsuhisa, Le French, Jing, Urban Egg, Tamayo, Highland Tap & Burger, Epicurean Catering, Sierra Grill, Thirsty Lion, The Mercantile, and Cholon.
He has represented major properties including the Landmark, Larimer Square, Belleview Station, Steele Creek, Street Car Stables, Sugar Cube, The Halycon, The Coloradan, 250 Columbine, The Ice House, and Platte 15, and Riverview to name a few. He has a clear understanding of the different dynamics of mixed use, urban retail. In the industry, he is well known for his integrity, objectivity and the ability to listen to and truly absorb the client’s goals and business model.
Kelly brings relationships with virtually every local player in retail development and leasing on a first name basis and has a finger on the pulse of urban and specialty retail real estate.
