Throughout Kelly’s many years of experience in retail leasing, he has represented premier retail project listings and tenants in the Denver Metropolitan area. His expertise in leasing restaurant and urban specialty has lead him to negotiate over 230 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent chains and operators, including: Matsuhisa, Jax Fish House, Thirsty Lion, Quality Italian Steakhouse, Hapa Sushi, 801 Fish, Stout Street Social, Jing, Cholon, Hacienda Colorado, TAG, Grace & Guard, The Mercantile 10 Barrels. In addition, he has represented and leased 60 mixed use projects in the Denver market. He has a clear understanding of the different dynamics of a mixed use, urban location. In the industry, he is well known for his integrity and the ability to listen to and truly understand the client’s goals and business model. Joining Legend Partners as President of Urban Legend, Kelly brings relationships with virtually every local player in retail development and leasing on a first name basis and literally has a finger on the pulse of urban and specialty retail real estate in Colorado.
