Prior to joining Legend Partners in 2003, Kyle Underwood, a Kansas native, had a successful career with Arthur Andersen / Accenture as a strategy consultant. In his role at Legend Partners, Kyle’s primary focus is the on-site selection and strategic rollouts for regional and national credit tenants. Kyle consistently ranks as one of the top retail brokers, as recognized by the Denver Business Journal, and has been named Legend Partners' Top Producer from 2014-2020. When he’s not working you’ll find Kyle skiing, mountain biking, trail running, and spending time with friends and family.
