Lara Silversmith joined Legend Partners in 2017 as a broker. Prior to her time here, she worked in Manhattan as a financial and merchandise analyst for well-known retailers Bloomingdale’s and Intermix. In her time at Legend Partners, Lara has used her background in retail analytics to help both landlords and tenants make strategic decisions on leasing and growth opportunities in an evolving retail environment. Lara has worked on leasing a diverse range of real estate, and already has a successful track record on deals in both urban and suburban markets. Some of her most notable leasing assignments include The Coloradan, Catalyst, Riverview on Platte St., Circa, Belleview Station, and Platte 15.
