Monica worked for five years at Pentad Retail/Hospitality and she directly sourced local market deals and has expertise in landlord strategy. She specializes in applying her market knowledge to broker retail, industrial, and office properties. Monica coordinated the leasing at the Shops At South Town and worked closely with their team, gaining extensive knowledge about the market in that area.
Monica comes from an extensive background in corporate marketing, which gives her a unique insight into the needs of the customer. Monica understands the importance of putting people first and exceeds at creating strong client relationships.
In her spare time, Monica enjoys wake surfing, snowboarding, and watching her 8-year-old do extreme sports.
