Nick Potrzebowski holds the title GIS Analyst @ LP Nick joined Legend Partners as a GIS Analyst in August 2024 after recently finishing a graduate degree in geospatial sciences from CU – Denver and a bachelor’s in environmental studies from CU – Boulder. With his background in GIS, data analysis, and cartography, Nick contributes to innovative projects that enhance our understanding of geospatial data and location intelligence. Here at Legend Partners, he transforms data into engaging visual maps for site location and commercial real estate analysis. Outside of work, Nick can be found skiing in the winter and exploring Colorado in the summer.
